ABOUT RANDA MINKARAH
Randa Minkarah is a dynamic executive leader advancing industries through her background in technology and media. At heart, she is an entrepreneur and founded Resonance AI, a media startup. She excels at building companies, implementing innovative solutions, fundraising, and scaling.

She currently serves as the Consortium Chief Operating Executive for the Washington Technology and Industry Association (WTIA), a technology-focused membership and policy association -- and for Portalus, which delivers member services including healthcare and a 401k plan, both locally and nationally.
Randa led sales teams for FOX, ABC and Univision in Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. She has also served as Senior VP of Revenue and Business Development for Fisher Communications (FSCI), Inc., an integrated media company. She had corporate responsibility for all revenues at Fisher television, radio and Internet properties. She was responsible for developing and implementing its digital strategy including the launching of mobile applications and mobile viewing apps.
She is active as a speaker at conferences, serves as an advisor to AI-focused startups, and is an investor in emerging companies in technology and healthcare.
She earned a BFA from the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music in Broadcasting. Ms. Minkarah resides in Seattle with her two German Shepherd rescues.
